UMSOD's Inaugural Research Day

The University of Maryland School of Dentistry (UMSOD) will hold a Research Day -- showcasing the innovative research being conducted by its master's degree candidates, predoctoral PhD students, and postdoctoral trainees - on Wednesday, March 6. The event, which will be held from 9 a.m.-3:30 p.m. at Westminster Hall, will include poster sessions presented by the trainees and oral presentations by faculty members from nine UMSOD departments.
The keynote address, "Uncovering the Pathophysiology and Therapeutic Targets of Sjögren’s Disease," will be presented by Blake Warner, DDS PhD, MPH; Stadtman Investigator, chief of the Salivary Disorders Unit and the Sjögren's Disease Clinic, National Institute of Dental and Craniofacial Research.
