Clinical Assistant Professor Christina L. Platia Chroniger, DDS ’10, currently serves as an assistant general practice director in the Department of General Dentistry and as a faculty member in the Department of Oncology and Diagnostic Sciences, where she primarily works in the Urgent Care Clinic. After graduating from UMSOD in 2010, Dr. Platia completed a general practice residency at Christiana Hospital in Wilmington, Del., before joining a private dental practice in Rockville, Md. In her free time, Platia is an avid sports fan. Her favorite teams include her alma mater, the Northwestern Wildcats, as well as the Capitals, Orioles, Ravens and Redskins.
