These series will cover a wide range of basic and advanced imaging analysis topics using mostly ImageJ/Fiji. Series topics will alternate between basic and advanced. Students will get hands-on applying skills gained through attendance at the workshop. There will also be the opportunity for Q&A with the instructor on specific questions. Registration is limited to 25 attendees. All overflow registrants will be added to a waitlist and you will be notified if the session is full. |

- Updating Image J/Fiji and install plugins
- Find Image information
- Adjusting brightness/contrast, background
- Adding scale bar, text and other annotations
- Basic quantitation, measurement and counting
- Fluorescence image analysis
- Useful filters and common tasks to prepare your images for publication
