The Electron Microscopy Core Imaging Facility (EMCIF) is part of the Center for Innovative Biomedical Resources (CIBR) located on the 6th floor of Health Sciences Builiding I (HSF1).  It is jointly sponsored by the School of Dentistry, the School of Medicine and the Marlene and Stewart Greenbaum Cancer Center. EMCIF  provides electron microscopy related research and imaging services to all faculty and staff of the University of Maryland campus and the academic and industrial community in the Washington D.C. and Baltimore areas.  All services, instrumentation and training courses are available to anyone, academic or private users, with an interest in electron microscopy.
