Ms. Neda Shasti received her Bachelor of Science degree in Dental Hygiene at the University of Maryland School of Dentistry which included an additional accomplishment of completing a Periodontal Honors Program. Since graduation, she has participated in clinical, educational, communication and practice management programs in various private dental practice offices. Neda is an evaluator for the Clinician’s Report Foundation, a premier independent research group. She investigates the efficacy and usefulness of new dental products for dentists and hygienists. Neda joined the dental hygiene faculty in 2023 to supervise senior students in clinic at our Shady Groves facility after serving as Dean’s Faculty since 2022.
