Speaker Biography

Craig Dietz, DMDDr. Craig Dietz is a 1981 graduate of the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine. He participated in the first nationally accredited Cosmetic Dentistry course in the nation at Case Western Reserve University in 1990. Dr. Dietz was in private practice from 1981-2017. He has taught in the Restorative and Prosthodontics Departments in addition to the AEGD Program at the University of Pittsburgh. He has also taught a selective course, “Advanced Composite Techniques“, to 3rd and 4th year dental students.

Course Description

The course addresses the techniques and armamentarium needed to achieve successful outcomes in the placement of technique sensitive composites.

Course Objectives

At the conclusion of this course participants will be able to utilize strategies to avoid composite failures while incorporating unique and efficient techniques. The attendees will gain insight on bonding products and their proper implementation. The course will also discuss the benefits of various instrumentation.
