We offer a full range of specialty clinics and services for patients with more complex dental needs, including patients who are referred to the University of Maryland School of Dentistry by a private dentist. In the Specialty Post-Doctoral Clinics, dentists, who have completed dental school and are receiving two to four additional years of training in dental specialties, provide services under the supervision of faculty dentists.

  For services including root canals, retreatment of root canals, and surgical endodontic treatment.

  For services including treatment of gum disease, dental implant surgery, and periodontal plastic surgery.
  
  
• Prosthodontics
  For services including crowns, bridges, implants, dentures, as well as the correction of TMJ and congenital defects of the head and neck.
